Virtuatainment provides creative media, video editing, studio rental, social media marketing, and related services. All services are subject to availability and prior confirmation. Project timelines and deliverables will be mutually agreed upon before commencement.
All payments must be made in advance or as per the agreed schedule. Services will begin only after the initial payment is received. Any delay in payment may result in project delays or cancellation.
All creative assets, designs, and videos remain the property of Virtuatainment until full payment is made. Once payment is completed, ownership rights transfer to the client unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
Revisions are limited to the number specified in the package purchased. Additional changes beyond the agreed limit will be charged separately.
Virtuatainment maintains strict confidentiality for all client data, scripts, visuals, and business information. We do not disclose project materials without written consent.
Virtuatainment is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including delays or third-party issues.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chennai, Tamil Nadu courts.
