💸 Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project only before the work has started. Once creative or editing work begins, cancellations are not eligible for a full refund.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• Double payment due to technical error
• Cancellation before the project initiation

3. Studio Bookings

Studio bookings can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the session. No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

4. Digital Services

Since our services involve creative digital work, refunds are not possible after the delivery of edited videos, posters, or social media content.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
